To all fallen heroes, you’re teetering on the edge of a monumental battle as Nightmares threaten to overrun your world. In today’s spotlight, we’re delving into the tales of Ravenswatch’s fallen heroes, and we’ve got some exciting news about new heroes joining the game shortly.
In Ravenswatch, you’re stepping into the boots of heroes rooted in classic folk tales and legends—from the likes of Little Red Riding Hood to Sun Wukong. Each playthrough lets you embody these captivating figures and unravel their stories through continuous runs. Roam through maps inspired by enchanted forests, the tales of One Thousand and One Nights, and the legendary Arthurian saga, all teeming with challenges and nefarious foes. Along the journey, meet the world’s inhabitants who need your help—assist the Three Little Pigs in their construction efforts or lend a hand to a stranded Sinbad. Completing their quests nets you rewards that arm you for upcoming skirmishes.
Taking the action solo or teaming up with up to three others, this game is now available to thrill-seekers on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One.
Meet the Ravenswatch
Dive into the role of fallen heroes conjured from timeless stories and legends, each reimagined with a sinister edge. For instance, Scarlet, a cursed take on Red Riding Hood, morphs into a formidable wolf at night to combat the Nightmares. Then there’s the Pied Piper, master of using music to command armies of rats against adversaries. Whether it’s Beowulf wielding his formidable sword with the aid of a baby wyrm or Mélusine channeling powerful water magic, each character brings a distinct flair to confronting the Nightmares besieging Reverie!
At the start, you’ll be picking from Scarlet, The Pied Piper, Beowulf, and the Snow Queen, although there are nine characters in total to unlock throughout your adventures. The true essence of these figures often reveals itself best when you’re in the thick of battle.
