Yeah, you know what the G stands for. Or maybe you don’t. Honestly, who cares?
Anyway, it’s email time, and we’re drowning in them—like, seriously, a wave of messages. James isn’t around this week, so I’m thinking maybe we’ll get some sanity back. Jon’s in charge, so we’re talking big boss vibes, real professional. Well, sort of.
We gotta talk about Jon’s GameStop saga. It’s a whole thing. Something about Pro Memberships? Yeah, we’re definitely still figuring that mess out. And what about Switch 2? I keep hoping for some past game revamps. Will they happen? Who knows. Can’t deny I want ’em, though.
Then there’s F-Zero GX. Man, that game’s brutality is like… next level. How do you even survive it? And speaking of survival, will Nintendo grace virtual consoles with something new? Fingers crossed for anything Princess Peach. I mean, can’t she just get her own moment in the spotlight? Like, seriously!
Also, a side note: “Git Gud” should probably be “Git Gui’d” but I digress. Guess we all need to learn the tracks before calling it a day, huh?
Major props to Guillaume Veillette who edited this episode like a champ. Shoutout to Perry Burkum for the groovy “Men of Leisure” theme song—check Perry out on SoundCloud if you’ve got a minute. And our logo? All thanks to Connor Strickland. Curious about his other work? Hit up his website.
Greg picked the closing tune, “Birdman” from Pilotwings 64. Ah, nostalgia. Rights? Yeah, all that belongs to Nintendo Co., Ltd. No surprise there.
