Whoa, Eldramoor: Haven in the Mist, huh? It’s like this wild dream that Resolute Games cooked up — when life gives you a defunct MMO, why not make a new one? So, these folks from Orbus VR, they’re revving engines for a Kickstarter set to drop on June 24th, praying for it to blow up, ideally.
Now, what’s their pitch? Get this — it’s a sort of mystical escape, right? Journey like you’re Eldranis reincarnated. Side quests? Sure, but also save the world, because why wouldn’t you? It’s got the usual MMORPG shenanigans — Warriors, Mages, whatever fits your fancy. Oh, and there’s a tavern, because thirsty virtual adventurers need somewhere to chat. Plus, there’s something dark lurking. Can’t have a fantasy world without an ancient evil trying to ruin your day.
And then there’s the nitty-gritty. Dungeons and PvP zones sprinkled like confetti. Fishing and smithing, anyone? Maybe not everything hits the ground running, though. They’ve got ambitions all right.
But let’s rewind a sec — they haven’t spilled all the beans on funding perks, though they’re whispering numbers like $25,000. The MMO world is tricky, though. VR and MMOs together, well, it’s complicated. Orbus VR? Gone. Zenith? In limbo or whatever. Ilysia’s hanging in there, but it hasn’t been all roses.
Entrepreneurial spirit and all that jazz aside, everyone’s eyes are glued to this impending Kickstarter. It’s gonna run a month, till July 24th. And yeah, Eldramoor is penciled in for December 2026. Resolution-wise, PC VR, Quest 3… they’ve got goals.
The Steam page is up too — wishlist it if you’re brave. Countdown’s on. Fingers crossed, right?
