Seriously, saw it on social media where he just smacked down this claim, calling it, and I quote, “bullshit.” Yeah, pretty bold, right? So apparently, there was some article in the Wall Street Journal — you know, one of those heavy-hitters — saying Epic folks were getting a bit peeved with Disney dragging its feet. But Tim? He’s like, nope, not buying it.
He goes on, like, the speed at which they’re cranking out epic stuff (pun intended, maybe?) with Disney characters, like our helmeted buddy Darth Vader, is off the charts. Ten times faster than the usual snail-paced media stuff. And — get this — he says they even gave a statement to the journo who wrote the piece, but it didn’t make the final cut. Go figure.
