Ah, so there’s this new thing called Lego Voyagers, right? It’s popping out from the minds over at Light Brick Studio and Annapurna Interactive. They sneaked a peek during the Summer Game Fest 2025. Now imagine this, it’s like a mellow version of those intense games, It Takes Two or Split Fiction. You and your buddy turn into these tiny Lego bricks, all trying to space out—literally. You gotta work together, scratching your heads over puzzles, climbing around in this lush Lego land. Seriously, even a small step’s a giant leap when you’re just a lil’ brick. I mean, how endearing is that?
Okay, so, this trailer showed up and—wow—the blocky pair were, like, roaming through jungles, scraping by scrapyards, and lazily drifting down rivers. The word is creative solutions, via tram cars and shaky rocket ships. Light Brick’s being all mysterious, though. No clue on how you’ll chat with your co-brick buddy, or the detailed lowdown on this teamwork stuff. But, here’s the kicker—they’re including this Friend Pass deal. It’s a neat trick, right out of Split Fiction’s or It Takes Two’s playbook, letting a friend jump in, no purchase necessary. And hey, you can chill together locally, online, or go old-school with split-screen.
You know, Traveler’s Tales has been serving up this steady diet of Lego goodness—think Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, you name it—for like, two decades? Anyway, the Lego Company, they’re really mixing things up. Recently, they partnered with Epic Games for Lego Fortnite (yup, survival and crafting, all in Lego), and Guerrilla Games did this Lego Horizon Adventures spin-off last year. Oh, speaking of Lego’s big bosses—Niels Christiansen (the Lego CEO guy) was chatting with the Financial Times about ventures into making games in-house. They wanna cover every experience—digital, physical, what have you. Not surprising.
And yeah, we’re still waiting on a release date for Lego Voyagers, but here’s the scoop. When it drops, you can snag it on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Whenever that is—stay tuned, I guess.
